2020 Northeast Asia (Korea-China) Innovation Forum and Project IR Roadshow Successfully Held
On October 15, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang delivered a keynote speech at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing and officially launched the “2020 National Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week (全國大衆 創業萬衆 創業革新 活動週, also known as Shuang-Chuang Week)”, an annual innovation week led by China’s National Development and Reform Commission. Following the Premier’s declaration, major startup hub cities across China began their own local events.

During the event, Korean venture capital firm D.Lab Ventures, Inc., D.I.T Space Management Group (Northeast Asia Technology Exchange Project, Korea), and Chinese company Han-Korea Science & Technology Service Co., Ltd. signed an MOU to establish a Northeast Asia science and technology industrialization platform. The collaboration aims to promote Korea-China acceleration programs, create Korea-China exchange funds, and support technology IP (TECH I.P) commercialization.
Following the event, a panel discussion was held, chaired by Jo Yoon-hee, CEO of D.Lab Ventures. Panelists included Yeom Seong-ryeol, Deputy Director of Incheon Center for Creative Economy & Innovation; Kim Hyung-soo, Vice Chairman of Korea Venture Capital Association; Im Dong-gu, CEO of D.I.T Space Management Group; and Jo Byung-sik, former CEO of ETRI Holdings.
