Korea’s representative software industry exhibition, “Softwave 2020,” opened with great fanfare on the 2nd.
Hosted by the Softwave Organizing Committee and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the exhibition brings together Korea’s large, mid-sized, and small companies under the theme “Digital Great Transformation, Together with SW (Software)” to showcase a wide range of innovative SW (software) convergence technologies and services.
In particular, this year is drawing more attention as it introduces many technologies that present a new vision of society in the post–COVID-19 era. Which software (services) are lighting up the show floor?
We met AIDOT, which is developing a new-concept solution that enables non-face-to-face remote interpretation of cervical cancer.
Softwave 2020 is being held through the 4th across the entire Hall B at COEX in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with thorough COVID-19 prevention and safety measures in place. Admission is free.
