AIDOT Co., Ltd. announced on August 5, 2024, that it has obtained a Vietnamese patent for its flagship product “Cerviray,” specifically for the “Uterine Cervical Image Acquisition Apparatus.” This patent registration in Vietnam follows similar registrations in the United States and Indonesia, further strengthening AIDOT’s market influence for its AI-powered cervical cancer diagnostic support system. The newly registered patent covers an apparatus capable of acquiring and displaying images of the uterine cervix and automatically diagnosing related diseases. With this registration, the technology used in Cerviray is now legally protected in Vietnam as well. AIDOT continues to consistently file patents and trademarks to protect its AI medical device technologies and secure its market presence, thereby establishing a broad intellectual property portfolio. Jaehoon Jung, CEO of AIDOT, commented, “We have been expanding our market presence through building domestic servers and sales channels in Vietnam, and this patent will especially work in our favor in the Vietnamese medical device market, which holds great potential.” Meanwhile, AIDOT plans to expand its global presence by participating in exhibitions in countries such as Indonesia and Germany, where it will showcase Cerviray and other AI-powered medical devices.
