AIDOT (CEO Jung Jae-hoon) announced that on the 10th, Cerviray AI participated in the “Test for Life” event held in Mongolia in observance of Mongolian Rotary’s “Diseases Prevention and Treatment Month” (Diseases Prevention and Treatment).
This event was carried out in collaboration between Mongolia’s Dari Ekhi Hospital (Dari Ekhi Hospital) and Women’s Prison No. 407. Free cervical cancer screening and treatment services were provided to 30 female inmates serving long-term sentences, and AIDOT’s Cerviray AI was used as the method for cervical cancer screening.
Through the free screenings conducted using Cerviray AI, the program identified 2 cases requiring follow-up, 4 patients with abnormal lesions, and 1 high-risk case, which were subsequently connected to treatment. Dr. Bayarsaikhan L., who was in charge of screening and treatment at the event, said, “Cerviray AI is a system that is very suitable for supporting medically underdeveloped regions of Mongolia, and because it allows cervical cancer screening to be conducted quickly and easily, its applicability is very high.” He added, “Rather than ending this event as a first-round screening, we plan to pursue screening for all women at the prison.”
